Spiritual Direction offers an opportunity to pay attention to to the inner workings of your soul. As your trained companion a Spiritual Director offers a safe space to explore the movements of God in your everyday life and encouragement on your spiritual journey.
Spiritual Direction is particularly helpful for folks who are
desiring to grow in their experience with God, questioning their faith,
entering a new season of life or
discerning life decisions.

My passion is accompanying and encouraging those who desire to grow and transform on their faith journey. Trained through the Christian Spiritual Formation and Soul Care Program at Denver Seminary, I have been a Spiritual Director in Colorado since 2013. I am also trained to accompany others through the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius.My certification is through the Jesuit Institute of South Africa/the Martin Institute, (Spring 2024.)
As a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association, (ESDA) I offer one hour sessions online and in-person monthly and weekly for those directees going through the Ignatian Exercises.
In addition to offering Spiritual Direction, I am certified through Jerry Wagners’s Enneagram Spectrum Training Program (using the WEPSS Assessment) and The Enneagram for Spiritual Directors course with Adele and Dub Calhoun. I also offer individualized sessions for Enneagram Coaching. It is my honor and joy to partner with others as they discover more about who they are uniquely created to be as an incredibly Beloved Child of God.
