Spiritual Direction offers an opportunity to pay attention to to the inner workings of your soul. As a trained companion on your spiritual journey, a Spiritual Director offers a safe space to explore the movements of God in your life.
Spiritual Direction is especially helpful for people who are :

My passion is accompanying and encouraging those who desire to grow on their faith journey. Trained through the Christian Spiritual Formation and Soul Care Program at Denver Seminary, I have been a Spiritual Director in Colorado since 2013. In addition I am certified to accompany people through the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius through the Jesuit Institute of South Africa/the Martin Institute, (Spring 2024.)
As a member of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association, (ESDA) I offer one hour sessions online and in-person monthly and weekly for those directees going through the Ignatian Exercises.
In addition to offering Spiritual Direction, I am certified through the Enneagram Spectrum Training Program and The Enneagram for Spiritual Directors and offer individualized Enneagram Coaching sesssions. I enjoy helping others discover more about who they are truly are created to be as an incredibly Beloved Child of God.
